A: foodjunky.com is a concierge service that makes ordering food from your local restaurants easy for individuals, groups, and catering.
- Q: When will you be in my town?
A: We choose which restaurants and cities to add next based on interest. Let us know you want us to come to you by signing up for our newsletter here.
- Q: Does foodjunky cost me anything?
A: We charge a small service fee. If you ever have any order issues we are available at 855-foodjunky or email@example.com.
Individual orders are charged a flat fee of $.99 per order up to $40. Orders over $40 are charged a fee of 8% of the food subtotal.
Group orders are charged a flat fee of $.99 per person.
Catering orders are charged a fee of 8% of the food subtotal.
- Q: I am unhappy with my foodjunky experience. Can I get a refund?
A: We stand by our service and offer a money back guarantee for any dissatisfied customers. Call 855-foodjunky (855-366-3586) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly refund your foodjunky fee.
- Q: My food isn't here yet! Who do I contact?
A: Give us a call at 855-foodjunky or email us at email@example.com. That’s what we are here for!
- Q: How do I cancel an order after it has been placed?
A: Call 855-foodjunky or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and your order #. We will contact the restaurant and attempt to cancel the order. We will refund the foodjunky fee, but there is no guarantee a restaurant will be able to cancel an order or refund a charge.
- Q: My problem isn’t any of the above. How can I reach foodjunky?
